Gary C. came out to my home to investigate why my furnace had stopped working and than when it did come on, the blower wouldn't come on. What he found was that the capacitor for the blower had burned out. So when the furnace did run, as soon as it got hot and the blower wouldn't run, it would shut off and you could not get it to run again until it cooled down. He said he could install another capacitor but he explained to me that he could not guarantee how long it would last. But at least it got the furnace working again in this cold weather. He also explained that beings my furnace was at least 17 years old or more, that he would strongly recommend that I consider replacing it soon. Because of the how old it was if the blower went out it would not really be cost effective to replace it. So he scheduled a meeting with their representative at my request to come out to my home and show me options and cost. I had expressed to him that I would also consider replacing my air conditioner and hot water heater at the same time as they were both of the same age. I found him very informative, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. Thank you Air Mechanicl.
Sincerely
