Great Service 7/12/2016

From the initial call to schedule service, my interaction with the people at Raleigh Heating and Air could not be better. I was given a window of time to expect a service professional. As the close of the window neared I received a call letting me know that they hadn't forgotten me and that they would be calling shortly to let me know when to expect my technician. He called within the time window, and was only about 15 minutes outside of the original time. Not a problem, since I had been warned prior. Also, because my appointment fell at the end of the day I was unable to stay home for a lengthy procedure that needed to be done on my unit. The tech gave me a "band aid" fix to get me until the unit is able to be serviced fully, when I'm able to be home for a longer stretch. I received a call first thing the next morning scheduling the follow up appointment. Great customer service, and great service on my unit, so far! Highly recommend! more

Preventive Maintenance 7/11/2016

Michael was prompt and very courteous as well as competent. He let us know of a potential problem which he immediately took care of. Also, I never knew that the least expensive filters are the best since they allow air to flow more freely, thus less taxing to the system. No one ever told us that before. Thank you, Michael. more

Install and Service A+ 6/15/2016

I have worked with Raleigh Heating and Air for over 10 years. Recently I had to have a AC unit replaced. The Install Team (Scott and Dewayne) did a fantastic job. The job was completed ahead of schedule and without issue. Their service program is also fantastic. I highly recommend RHA to anyone looking for an AC service/sales provider. more

Nate and Dan are Awesome 6/13/2016

AC broke on the morning of my daughter's graduation party. Dan took my information and promised to get someone out to the house as early as possible. Nate was extremely professional, explained the problem, and provided options. He then drove to different site to pick up the new motor and installed it. HIGHLY recommend this company, esp Nate and Dan. more

Good as usual 4/15/2016

Have used RH&A for 4 years now on a 2x per year maint. contract. Always good, always on time. Today's visit, Buddy did a great job was in in out quickly. Talked over some questions I had. Very pleased, hope I get him back for the next visit. more

Great Company 3/29/2016

I have had a twice-a year maintenance contract with Raleigh Heating & Air since moving into my house almost five years ago. The service professionals are knowledgeable and courteous during the service visits and the customer service representatives are always cheerful and helpful. I also like that they are locally owned and operated. In addition, I cupcaketrust the company as a whole which is very important to me. I certainly recommend them for any of your heating and/or air conditioning issues. more

Service call no heat 1/13/2016

Service tec showed up promptly at agreed time and proceeded to check for cause of no heat. He troubleshot the problem and replaced a blown fuse in air handler internal control board and tried to determine what caused it to blow. more

I have over the years needed to replace 4 systems in different towns and states. Raleigh Heating & Air was by far the most professional, courteous, quickest, and best installation I have ever had. They showed up when scheduled. Never seemed to stop through out the day. They cleaned up after themselves to the point my yard looked better than when they started. If I could give them 10 stars they would have deserved it. more

I had Raleigh Heating & Air out to my house to service my heating system. They arrived on time, they were very good at what they do, the office staff was very helpful and they were very reasonable as well. I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends. more
