From the initial call to schedule service, my interaction with the people at Raleigh Heating and Air could not be better. I was given a window of time to expect a service professional. As the close of the window neared I received a call letting me know that they hadn't forgotten me and that they would be calling shortly to let me know when to expect my technician. He called within the time window, and was only about 15 minutes outside of the original time. Not a problem, since I had been warned prior. Also, because my appointment fell at the end of the day I was unable to stay home for a lengthy procedure that needed to be done on my unit. The tech gave me a "band aid" fix to get me until the unit is able to be serviced fully, when I'm able to be home for a longer stretch. I received a call first thing the next morning scheduling the follow up appointment. Great customer service, and great service on my unit, so far! Highly recommend!
