The technician was professional and friendly. He immediately set up for inside measurements and went to work on the outside compressor. He very quickly identified the problem as a bad run capacitor. Excellent work. more

I have been a client of RH&A for 4 years. They are very professional, and take the time to explain in detail the work that needs done, and the expected cost beforehand. I am very satisfied with their work, and recommend them to all my friends and family. I also recommend their service and maintenance plan which saves you money and helps maintain your equipment. They always show up at the designated time and provide windows of time that help you to maintain your own schedules. One unseasonably warm Christmas Day I was able to speak with someone who was able to schedule my necessary repair the very next day, which was greatly appreciated. I always believe you get what you pay for, and with RH&A you get the very best! more

Very nice people who are also good at what they do. You can't alway get that cobonation. Often you can't even get one of them in a "service" orginization. It is good I have them to keep my HNAC system running smoothly. Adam was very good as were the rest of the team. Every body should have a gold star. Ken Troutman more

Everyone on the team was very professional and courteous. Most of my interaction was with Dave the technician who has the best interest of the customer in mind. The only issue I have is with the company policy of charging $50 for the technician to get a part after it has been explained to me (multiple times) that the trucks are fully stocked. It was not an unusual part (a remote wireless temperature sensor) more

Save me from this heat! 7/25/2016

My A/C went out this weekend and it was miserable. Kevin R. came and saved the day. He was so nice, very professional, and answered all my questions. He even offered some suggestions to improve the system. I would definitely tell others to call Raleigh Heating and Air and to ask for Kevin...he does great work. more
