Af Bennett Salon And Wellness Spa

I have never in my life been so angry as I was when I walked out of this place on valentines day weekend. For Valentines day my boyfriend bought me a gift certificate for a facial. I made the appointment for that sunday eager to use it. When I walked in the girls at the counter stared me up and down...must have been noticing my expensive bag and figured this is a great person to up charge. Well long story short, I have my facial, the girl asks me If i need deep extractions and that it would be additional. I said, I don't think I do but can you let me know when you start my facial...after all we were in a dark room and I had NO visible pimples. After my horrendous facial (I've had better at skin station for half the cost) I walk up to the counter and the facial person is no where to be found. I give them my gift certificate for my facial and the girl tells me I have a $70 balance because the girl who did my facial said I decided I wanted a clarifying facial. HUH????? We didn't speak anything of the sort???? When I told the girl at the counter it was ridiculous, and that they had poor business practice she rolled her eyes at me denying everything I said and saying I had to pay. Clearly could care less about an unhappy customer. I paid the remaining balance and my boyfriend called afterwards to complain. The manager NEVER CALLED HIM BACK! This place is SOOOO greedy that they ruin a present my boyfriend gave me for VALENTINES DAY! I would never in my life recommend this place to my worst enemy. Little do they know I work in the bridal industry and have already told every girl I know getting married about this horrible salon. They have not only lost a customer, but will lose many more in the future. Please give your business to salon's that appreciate their customers. more

I wanted to get eyelash extensions and although the person doing them was friendly, the rest of the staff was ABSOLUTELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY. Their major flaw is their LACK OF HOSPITALITY. For a service that cost me $ 300, i was treated like a peasant instead of royalty. This "spa" is far from upscale and is NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR EXPERIENCE. I do not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to be treated like crap.... THE STAFF NEEDS TO TAKE ETIQUETTE CLASSES AND REALIZE WE'RE IN A RECESSION. SO THE BUSINESS THEY JUST LOST WILL EFFECT THEM LATER ON... more

There's nothing I like better then a gift certificate to AF Bennett. I've had fabulous massages here. The relaxation room is perfect. I feel very secure leaving my belongings in the locker room. I gave my mother a gift certificate for a spa day and because she didn't use all the services, they gave me a gift certificate good for the amount in services she didn't use. I was happy to go back! There's a couples package. I have to check that out. more

This place was so relaxing and perfect. My mother and I went here for an unwinding session, and we got facials and massages. The workers are truly dedicated to making their customers feel totally comfortable. It was a truly rejuvenating experience, and after going to so many other salons with long lines and crowded conditions, this was truly perfect. more
