It went very smooth and I liked the nurse and doctor. They made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.

Worst

The doctors are very talented and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and dedicated to rushing you through as painlessly and as quickly as possible.

Overall Good 11/14/2011

The office staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciate that they look at insurance and are honest and upfront about what things will cost. However, Dr Hannahan could use some work on her bedside manner. She was not nice and acted as if she was being bothered to come look in my mouth. I'll go back, but request not to see her again! The other staff was great and the office will be really nice when the renovation is done. more

From the frist day at the office I felt welcome and they had my best interest at heart. If you have to have a dental Asst. to work on you ask for Ms. Kitty she the best. Not that they are aren't great. If you have to choose a denist this is the place to be. more

Fearful turned into very impressed 11/11/2011

I have an extreme fear of dentists! So much so that I avoid going even though I understand that by not going I'm making things worse for myself in the longrun. Advance Denistry embraced my fear instead of trying to rationalize it away. Treated me with respect, making me feel as comfortable as is possible for me. Explained what needed to be done without judgement or pressure. We agreed on a plan and I am less stressed about going back than I have ever been. Thanks to everyone involved in making it a positive experience. more

I have a LONG History with Advance Dentistry and it keeps getting better. Samantha and the whole family are always wonderful to me and to my daughter (her "assistant"). I am truly greatful to go to such a "HOME" like yours that takes cares of the person and their family like they were your own. Happy Holidays !!!! more

After not going to the dentist for 6 years I was very nervous and had to have several procedures done. I opted to go with sedation and get it all done at once. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Donaldson and the rest of the staff that worked on me. This is the best my teeth have looked in a long time. I have finally found a dental office that I really like and I plan on being a patient of Dr. Donaldson's for years to come. more

Tooth Extraction 10/31/2011

First, I would like to say it was pleasant but having 7 teeth pulled can never be pleasant but, again, everyone treated me as though I were special and they were very accommodating with my husband while he waited. Offered coffee and put on TV. What a hugh television. Again you get 5 stars. more
