The doctors are very talented and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and dedicated to rushing you through as painlessly and as quickly as possible.

With every appointment I have things get easier. Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and to make sure I am comfortable and in no pain. For the first time in years I was able to have a filling repaired without Nitrous Oxide. more

Broken Crown 12/21/2011

A large piece of porcelain broke off my crown and I was able to get in to see Dr. Donaldson right away to assess the damage. I was fortunate that I don't have to replace it, but glad to be able to find out so quickly that all was well. Thanks for the quick service! more

Simply the BEST! 12/17/2011

Dr Sayre and his staff will do everything they can to make your experience a positive one. They also understand insurance and will find ways to use your insurance to your benefit!! Also, if you have over paid out of pocket expenses, they will cut you a CHECK for the overpayment!(It happened to me!!) Also, they are a Methadone friendly office. Patients on MMT will understand this! And your not treated like a number. They have your best interest in mind and just be honest and tell them what's up, and they will find a way to get what you need, DONE! more

I was in a bind for time and Kitty saved the day. I had special papers to fill out and a x-ray to print out for work and everyone pitched in and I had it all in a timely manner. Top notch more

Can't say enough good things about my experience - friendly and knowledgeable staff; paired with a case manager to assist with planning/scheduling/insurance/payments; Dr. Sayre is pleasant, approachable, and gentle; office is loaded with modern equipment and the office is capable of most dental procedures; prices are fair and range of insurance plans accepted. more

Scary experience 12/9/2011

I returned after my initial visit for a cleaning followed by a root canal and crown. The cleaning portion of my visit went well but I was over sedated during the root canal causing me to become acutely ill. I vomited several times before leaving the office and several times on my way home. The root canal was not completed due to a problem with the tooth. I was told that my coordinator would call me the following day to plan my return visit, but I received no call. The staff was attentive and made every effort to comfort me. more

Recent appointment for 6 month checkup 12/7/2011

I actually arrived an hour early but they took me back for my appointment anyway after only about a 10 minute wait. As always the staff was very friendly, polite and plesant. I would recommend anyone to this denistry service. I only wish I had found them 40 years earlier. more

I called the week of Thanksgiving to get an emergency appointment. The top left side of my mouth was in pain. The receptionist would not give me an appointment until the following Wednesday. I'm very surprised that Advanced Dentistry doesn't set aside time for emergency appointments. Dawn Smith more

Needless Worry 12/7/2011

I have to admit I was very apprehensive about my visit to have my extractions performed. Now it is the day afterwards and with a couple of exceptions (minor). I am feeling good about my choice to have the work done, and it was truly painless. The staff answered any and all questions no matter how unimportant they have seemed. I am very happy and will go back as I feel comfortable with my Dr. more

appt @ 4:15, 4:35 was caled back. Completed 4:55, no check up, no request for floride. Was told at frotn desk insureanbce was used for the year, however credit n bill handled. Puzzling as insurance covers 2 cleanings annually. Also wasnt aware of the credit, also seemed strange. more

This was the first time I had been to the denist at all for anything and all the people that I came in contact with were so great with me. They told me everything that they were going to do and stoped when i needed a break.I am so happy that I found Advance Dentistry and all the great people that work there. more

As usual, super friendly greeting at front desk. Dental tech and Dr. Hannahan great. Made me feel completely at ease and filled the tooth with no problem. Great experience. Great dental facility especially for people scared of dentist. more
