My favorite tattoo shop in Houston! I will never go anywhere else. I have had half of my back tattooed at life time and they`re amazing! I go to Adorn Body Art - Tattoo Shop.I love their style! My friend had one of his sleeves done there, and he`s also a big fan. more

I believe he meant they are mostly done for sexual practices AND as a fashion statement (but if we?re being that general we can classify all piercings in those categories!). For sure though, most of our clients seem to want the tongue piercing for the look?or at least that?s all they share with us. ;) more

i recently had my sperm tattoo done, everyone wants their kids names and dates of birth but i dont have a high pain threshold so i had 3 sperm representing my 3 kids on my wrist, they were brilliant, the tattooist talked to me the whole time, think he knew i was a bit nervous, these guys are so professional and put you at ease if like me ur a bit nervous. :grin: more

Went with a friend to get a tattoo done while we were in the states...WOW! They don't make shops like this in Canada. Usually you get grunted at by some sleazebag and treated like a loser. These Adorn guys were friendly and cool. No douche vibes. My buddy's tattoo was pretty epic! I'm not the tattoo type myself but I get dragged with all my friends and I figured it was worth saying something, cuz these guys were the shiz. Thanks for making our US tour rad, dudes! more

Walked in on a weekend afternoon with 5/12/2012

Walked in on a weekend afternoon with no appointment, walked out 15 minutes later with a pretty new shiny thing in my nose, happy as could be! The piercer on duty at the time was named Gerie Jinx, and apparently he's a guest piercer from Seattle that they were borrowing for the day. He was warm, welcoming, and funny from the moment we walked in and I was immediately put at ease. When i started worrying about ""the perfect spot"", he un-ironically offered to put 15 different ink dots on my nose -- when i laughed, he insisted he meant it, and would put as many dots as needed for me to pick the right spot. The woman working the counter was friendly and professional as well. I have had many piercings, in many shops, in many states, and this was by far the friendliest experience I have ever had as well as the most professional. I highly, highly recommend Adorn West. more

I got my ears pierced when I was 10 at Claires. I have always had trouble putting earrings in my right ear because the hole was too small. So I went into Adorn to have it re-pierced. Ben did me a big favor and just stretched it a little bit and now my earrings fit great! He was super nice and helpful. Thanks Ben! more

Adorn is a wonderful shop. My husband and i have both been going there for years now. i have had two tattoo's and my husband three by their Artist Anne. I have also been in there to get my navel pierced. The staff is knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. My last tattoo was custom. i gave Anne a few elements i wanted in it and she drew me up a beautiful 3/4 sleeve. She and the other artist are very skilled even just listening to them talking to others and planning out their tattoos you can see this. They listen and make suggestions but the end goal is something YOU will be proud to wear for the rest of your life. My experience getting pieced was just as pleasing. I was asked where i wanted it done and then shown with a mark where and how it would look. Aftercare was explained well for both tattoo's and piercing. If you are looking for a place to listen and give you good quality work this is the place to go. Even though we live father away and plan to move much farther i would travel the long distance to get my tattoo's here. more

Wonderful experience 3/20/2011

I went in to Adorn last year the first time after a co-worker suggested I see Justin. I asked to see examples of work they had, but they couldn't find the book with the examples I needed, so they let me look it up on their computer and then printed it out for me. I talked to Justin that day and made an appointment. He did a great job I couldn't be happier with his work. I went back to get a tattoo cover up for an old tattoo and talked to Eli. What he drew as the cover up was exactly what I was looking for. The amount of detail and the color Eli used exceeded my expectations for the end result. And as usual, he kept an awesome selection of music going-helping to distract from the discomfort. The shop had been re-done and I love the new set up. The staff were very helpful. I will be returning to see Eli when I'm ready for another tattoo. :) more

Fantastic work! 3/13/2011

My friend and I got work done yesterday at Adorn West. We went in right at 12 to make our appointments and came back in the afternoon. The guys at the front desk were super friendly, and our artist, Austin, was excellent (and fast)! My tattoo hurt like hell, but nothing unbearable. I love the work he did, especially the coloring and I appreciated the fact that they didn't make too much fun of me because my design is in no way hardcore! The shop was super clean and the price was very reasonable! Thanks to Austin and everyone at Adorn for making this a great experience! more

Will never use another shop 1/28/2011

I've visited a couple other tattoo shops in the Portland area, and none of them are as professional, organized, and friendly as Adorn body art. My artist Eli is immensly talented and a cool guy to boot, the rest of the staff are also very helpful and easy to talk to. I'll be getting the rest of my tattoos from Adorn, and the only thing I regret is that I didn't give them a try sooner! more

I got my first tattoo today by Eli and he is a cool guy. Everyone seems friendly and the shop is very clean! They all made sure I was comfortable and answered my questions and even informed me that a product I bought for the aftercare of my new tattoo was bad, so thank goodness I had time to buy a better one. I will definitely go back there for my next tattoo. Pros: Nice people, awesome shop Cons: None! more

Amazing place! 2/27/2010

I saw some of Eli's work on a woman around town and loved it. I already had a design drawn up and had been wanting this tattoo for over a year. I called in and spoke with Jasmine who was awesome and helpful. I showed up, spoke with Eli and made an appointment with him for a couple of hours later. He was friendly and positive from the start. I am in love with the finished tattoo. This guy is fantastic with shading and combining colors. Even though the shop was rockin' busy, I didn't feel neglected or put off. When I came out midway through my appointment to show everyone the progress, Jasmine and the crew oohed and ahhhhed and shared my joy with me. The whole process was smooth and professional. I loved it. I would absolutely recommend Adorn. Pros: clean place, knowledgeable/helpful/friendly staff more

Farata is great! 2/13/2010

I got my ears pierced with 10g hoops and I went to a different shop first and they just ignored me so I walked out. My fiance told me she knew of a shop called adorn and they were very good, so we went there and the second I walked through the doors I felt at ease. Very good customer service they answered all my questions didn't ignore me or make me feel like an idiot! And Farata was the one who did the piercings and she was great! My daughter was with us and she interacted with her and just made all us feel at ease! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! I will be returning for more work, Thank you guys a bunch! Lisa Blue is the best! 2/13/2010

After some online research I chose Adorn Body Art to get my first body piercing and am SO SO SO happy I did. I walked in the door right when they opened and was greeted with a smile and a hello (rare nowadays). Lisa Blue performed my piercing and was amazing. So professional. She made me feel completely at ease. The entire procedure was finished in a snap and I'm going back in a month for my next piercing. Thank you Lisa! I'll see you next month!! Best and Friendliest Tattoo shop ever 1/24/2010

I have been going to Adorn for years. I have full sleeves and back and leg work along with some piercing all done at Adorn. But 2 years ago They did the coolest thing. y daughter had her ears pierced at a mall when she was 4. No matter how clean we kept them she kept getting infections one finally becoming a cyst behind her ear. We had to remove the ear ring and from them on my kid never wanted her ears pierced again. Well 2 years ago I brought up the subject. She was 9 at the time. I told her we could go to Adorn and get them done that we should at least go and talk to them. Well after talking to Mz Blue my daughter was all for getting her ears again. Mz Blue was honest but kind and explained the whole process to my daughter. So the next day we went in and Mz Blue along with another piercer pierced my daughters ears one on each side so it happened at the same time. My daughter has not had any problems with these piercings and loves that I go to Adorn for all my work. Pros: Knowledgable and Honest more
