I really like the Acura of Lynnwood, have always had great experience there. However twice when I have gone for my oil change they have not filled my window washer fluid. I have not gone back to have them do it due to time. more

No service was perfect service 10/20/2013

I went in for an intermittent TPMS warning check, and instead of going through the inspection and then charging me the standard service rate, they performed a quick check, saw no fault, and said to make a appointment immediately during the weekday when my extended warranty coverage company was open. Result = inspection complete, worry free hospitality, and no charges. Oh yeah - great coffee! more

Acura of Lynnwood always goes the extra mile to take care of their customers, from the initial greeting by name when you show up for your appointment, to the updates on progress, to the detailed check-out when complete. Oh, and the fresh chocolate cookies in the waiting room are a plus! more
