Poor car wash 1/26/2014

We went in on a busy Saturday and we were happy with the time it took to get our oil changed; however, the car wash was poor. There were streaks all over the car, dirt marks, and bird droppings on our back window. more

Exceptional Products and Services, Too! 1/26/2014

I like having my Acura serviced at this location. I may have an old car but every time I bring my car in, I feel really confident after every service. Driving my first generation TSX feels like driving a new one! Acura is a reliable brand anyway for vehicles! The staff as well are so friendly and they provide great customer service. Matt was the person who helped me on my recent visit and although I was at their location very early in the morning, he was still accommodating. Keep up the good job! more

From the interactive website assistance to the delivery of my Acura RLX, everything was perfect. They made my deal work and I left feeling like I had gotten one over on them. Great staff and clean show room. Would recommend them to anyone and would go back if I ever need a new car. more

WoW Acura of Lynnwood way to restore my confidence in Acura. 1/19/2014

I normally do not give 5 stars as I believe that every business has something to work on. That is not a bad thing just reality. I use to go to Acura of Seattle which I believe is the O'brien group. I have had one issue after another with them that soured my idea of what Acura is about. For example they ran my credit without my knowledge, they popped my hood for a tweeter fix and did not re lock it and when heading down the freeway my hood flew up there are more incidents but I think you get the idea. In my mind they are crazy and reckless. In my effort to understand if this was something specific to that dealership I called and made an appointment with Acura of Lynnwood. The people there are wonderful, knowledgable and you can tell they really care about there customers. I will continue to go to Lynwood even though it is 20 miles out of my way. Their dedication to WoWing the customer is worth the drive. more

Great service as always 1/17/2014

Always putting the customer first, however, a one-star deduction because of a small oversight. A couple of days later I discovered the air filter cover had not been secured. No damage because the screws are retained in the cover, but it could have been an inconvenience to replace or repair. I'm fairly certain it's a one-time mistake and future service will be at the level I'm accustomed to. more

Great Service! 1/17/2014

I purchased my car on the 8th due to health issues I had to trade in my car. The salesman Mike was great not pushy and made the deal work for me. Also compassion was awesome, she explained everything in detail and I felt very comfortable. The day after I purchased the car, I noticed an issue with the brakes, that we did not notice because of traffic we couldn't test drive on the freeway. I called Mike and he said bring it in no questions asked, and your service center took care of it at no cost. This type of service is fantastic and I have no regrets and I am confident going forward I will always get great service. Thanks Everyone! more
