I purchased my new car at Acura of Lynnwood and after 4 months had the first service done there. They were able to schedule the service the same day I called and the service was completed in less than the estimated time. Excellent! The only downside was the number of follow-up messages (4 emails and a phone call). I will most likely return for service in the future, but hope that follow-up is limited to one "How did we do".
