very straight forward pricing agreement 11/15/2013

I was able to set some guidelines on pricing by phone prior to my arrival and then there were no surprises. Very satisfying car buying experience. And very time efficient. I don't like the old fashion method were a salesman has to take an offer to a sales manager and we play a game for an hour more

No nonsense deal 11/13/2013

Spoke to Anuj about a deal and was offered a no nonsense pricing. Polo was also great and regularly followed up. Better than dealing with Acura of Seattle who were using bait and switch. AL was upfront about what they had and had the vehicle ready. more

The hand wash for my mdx is great. My appointment was quick and done well. Might want to request to vacuum the front and back seats. Mine was especially dirty this time around. more

Bought a used car 11/12/2013

I just purchased a used car from Acura of Lynnwood. All in all the experience was great with little pressure. The only down part was the lack of knowledge about the nuances of the vehicle but then again it wasn't an Acura. more

Intermittant Issue 11/12/2013

When starting my car cold, it was making a loud sound that went away after a few minutes. I left my car overnight. Acura was able to determine the problem, order parts to fix it and return it to me by 3PM. I appreciated the detailed follow-up discussion explaining the what the noise was coming from and why it would go away, but then return. Thanks for the quick repair! more

Super easy to make appointment. Service team kept me informed of service progression while I waited. Service manager offered a price reduction on additional materials needed discovered during the regular scheduled service. more

friendly, knowledgeable service staff, explained the issues with my car and helped to reduce the price i paid. i do recommend their service and have taken my acura's there for the past 11 years. (i' currently own 2, but have had 6 since 1998) only complaint is even with discounts, they are expansive... more

Professional, knowledgeable, and competent sales staff, service personnel, and management. We came in a bit late, and as we waited for our meeting with the finance manager they had gone out bought us dinner and brought it back for my wife and I. Way to go out of the way and provide above and beyond service. more

Wonderful, Easy, Professional Experience 11/5/2013

I just purchased a new 2014 Acura TL on Sunday, November 3rd. Gabe Jones was the salesperson and he helped to make the buying experience simple, straightforward and easy. Gabe was direct, professional, helpful and very easy to work with. Linda in financing was also very helpful and easy to work with. My overall experience was superb. I have high hopes for the service department! more

Very professional service 11/5/2013

After 4 visits for service on my 2012 MDX, this is the best. The first one, the service girl was so busy to show off her urgly beauty that she let the car sit on the lot for 3+ hours without bother calling customer upon completion. The second and 3rd we're similar situations. This time is flawless. Keep up great work! Thanks more
