If I could give NO stars, I would. James Salazar's communication skills leave something to be desired. I was trying to arrange a special custom job and he came and gave a bid. Said he would get back to me to give me a time frame. Didn't call back, so I called only to find out he'd left on vacation. Called AGAIN, was told AGAIN he would get back to me--didn't. When I finally called again, I was told that I had been rude (I wasn't) and that I had said I didn't want to work with them (I didn't) and HE said HE didn't want to work with ME. They also had a coupon listing a discount for "custom" jobs which he wouldn't honor for this job. I had also asked for the owner to call me (who also happens to be his wife), which she also NEVER DID. I say RUN don't walk away from this company. Not worth being berated for trying to hire them. more

In short do not EVER use this terrible company. I had a strict deadline to meet for a client not only did they not even come close to honoring this deadline, when I asked how we could handle the situation, they told me that they never promised anything, my money could not be refunded and the OWNER himself said, "he could get very aggressive if he needed to," when I asked why he was being so rude. As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen and it requires that we all work together to get over the hump- this person took no responsability-PERIOD! Do not use them, they are less expensive then the other places because they are terrible in business. Use the other people in town who may be a little more expensive but actually have integrity and know how to run a business. more
