If I could give NO stars, I would. James Salazar's communication skills leave something to be desired. I was trying to arrange a special custom job and he came and gave a bid. Said he would get back to me to give me a time frame. Didn't call back, so I called only to find out he'd left on vacation. Called AGAIN, was told AGAIN he would get back to me--didn't. When I finally called again, I was told that I had been rude (I wasn't) and that I had said I didn't want to work with them (I didn't) and HE said HE didn't want to work with ME. They also had a coupon listing a discount for "custom" jobs which he wouldn't honor for this job. I had also asked for the owner to call me (who also happens to be his wife), which she also NEVER DID. I say RUN don't walk away from this company. Not worth being berated for trying to hire them.
