In short do not EVER use this terrible company. I had a strict deadline to meet for a client not only did they not even come close to honoring this deadline, when I asked how we could handle the situation, they told me that they never promised anything, my money could not be refunded and the OWNER himself said, "he could get very aggressive if he needed to," when I asked why he was being so rude. As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen and it requires that we all work together to get over the hump- this person took no responsability-PERIOD! Do not use them, they are less expensive then the other places because they are terrible in business. Use the other people in town who may be a little more expensive but actually have integrity and know how to run a business.
