Satisfied customer 2/17/2017

I had called Abacus on a faucet that was still leaking slightly and had a loose handle. The person that handled my call was very professional and let me know up front that since this was a recall that the service call would be waived and there would be no charge. Greg was the technician who came to my house again today. He had fixed my kitchen faucet that was leaking very bad a few weeks ago and came back out a February 17 to repair the guest bathroom faucet that was still leaking slightly and had some slack in the handle. Greg was not the technician on the first service call in January. He was very professional and both times stayed until he was sure the job was done correctly. I keep using Abacus for this reason as they stand behind their work until the job is done correctly and the customer satisfied. more

High Priced, But Very Good! 2/17/2017

I called Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical when I had an emergency: a stopped up drain. I called at least a dozen plumbers at 2 AM, and Abacus was the only one who responded. They had their guy out by 4.15 AM. I really appreciated how they responded. I did think, however, that the price they charged for the job was a bit high. Having said that I do realize that they charged on an emergency basis. But it was still a little higher than other plumbers would have charged. But the guy was very professional and he went above and beyond to take care of my problem. more

Plumbing main line water leak 2/15/2017

I called Abacus to have a plumber come investigate a water leak in the front of my house. It was determined to be a main line water leak. Andres arrived on time, clearly communicated expectations and options up front and was very professional. I selected an option and look forward to having it repaired tomorrow. more

The Abacus technicians did such excellent job with the air condition installation & inspection, & re-piping of our whole house. 2/10/2017

We have called on Abacus for our plumbing problems/re-piping & air condition installation/problems, and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work. The technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous, & offered suggestions for better process. They focused on their work & they adhered to the timeline to have their work done. Darrell was the technician who came to inspect our air condition unit, & Pepe Flores & his partner were the ones who did our re-piping. We are overall satisfied with the services of Abacus & we will highly recommend the company to our friends. more

Abacus showed up on time, and offered me a same-day appt on the day I called for a sewer line clog. Two technicians came to my house, and both were very professional, and happy to show me what the problem was, explaining very clearly. I feel that the price was fair for the work done. more

Super service 1/27/2017

This was my first time using Abucus Electrical and I was very impressed with the courteous, knowledgeable electrician, Bryan Haygood! He evaluated our breaker box and advised us to replace ASAP -- but there was no pressure from him to purchase through his company. He just wanted me to know how dangerous our box was and that we already had melted wires in the house. I asked about financing and I was especially thankful for the easy financing form and program. 18 months no interest works for my family. I cannot wait to get the new box installed Monday. Thank you, Abacus Electrical! more

I would have to say that Jason from Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical did everything that I expected him to do. He was very pleasant to work with and I really liked that he explained what he was going to do for me. He definitely knew what he was doing and was very efficient at his job. I thought he was going to have to be here for about 6 hours and he was able to complete the job in just under 2. He came and did the job and left which is exactly what I wanted so I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. more

I had an emergency repair, the inside AC was not turning on. Abacus was the only company that I contacted that had someone available to come out that evening/night. The dispatcher advised there was a $50 coupon online for 1st time customers (Sweet!). Pete arrived early than I expected, was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. (Even changed the light bulb in the upstairs attic before he could get to work!) Excellent service, felt completely at ease with Pete. Pricing was reasonable for the after hours service they provided. Thank you! more

I have to say that the people over at Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical are great and the work that they do is just awesome. They keep everything simple and just take care of the job for you in the most efficient way possible which I really appreciate. They come in, get the job done, and then go on their way. Their prices are very competitive and that coupled with their good service is what keeps me coming back to them. more

Mostly excellent 1/18/2017

We have had a lot of business with Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical over the years and they have been really great to us. They have done a lot of great work and other than this recent hiccup there have been no problems. Recently they fixed a leaking pipe for me and then told me that they would need to send someone out the following day to certify that the job was done completely. They did not come out at the scheduled time and I received no call from them. The pipe is fine so I am not particularly worried about anything but since they said this was necessary it would be nice if they remedied it. Other than this incident though we have had no issues in years and even this one is not a really big issue so I would still recommend these guys to anyone. more

They're great! 1/13/2017

I was happy with Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical. When they came they explained the details of exactly what the problem was and they straightened out the electrical issue that I was having. This was for our household when I worked on our dishwasher. I have a bone to pick with Lowe's about that; if they had given me a little more information, I could have fixed this myself. My only issue with Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical is that I thought the price was kind of high. more

Great service 1/11/2017

We had a burst pipe after freezing temps last weekend. We called Abacus and they sent out Joe the same day. He was able to help us cap off the pipe so we could have water in our house. He then ordered parts and came out a few days later to complete the repair. He was timely and professional. We are so thankful to Abacus for helping us out! more
