ARS Contract Service 10/26/2015

Keith was very efficient and professional. He did a thorough plumbing inspection and present quite a few items for my consideration. I'm not sure all of them were 100% necessary, but I agreed to have a filter installed due to the high clorine content of our local water. We'll see at the next inspection how effective the filter is. All in all, I'm satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism. Thank you. more

Satisfied 9/23/2015

Chris and Brad performed a new air conditioner installation at my home on September 23 2015. The guys arrive promptly at 9:30AM, and immediately got to work. I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of the system and attention to detail. The installation took approximately 5 hours. When they were finished they went over the details of the new system and thermostat. They answered all my questions, and upon leaving my home was immaculate. GREAT JOB GUYS, I would recommend ARS to anyone. Thanks Again more

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ARS AND MY SERVICE PROFESSIONAL FOR THERE SERVICE AT HOME, CAME IN WITH IT 90 DEGREES CALLED THEM AND THEY HAD EDWARD ON HIS WAY WITH IN THE HOUR. I TOKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT HE FOUND THAT WAS WRONG REPLACED THE PART AND CHECKED THE UNIT INSIDE AND FOUND THE BLOWER HAS ALSO RUNNING TO HIGH. ANTS HAD GOT IN THE CONTACTS IN A/C OUTSIDE. HE ALSO CALLED ME BACK AT 8:00 THAT NIGHT TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS STILL OK. VERY GOOD SERVICE THANKS EDWARD more

Jim G. was the service technician that performed this service. He was thorough and quite competent in his work. He took the time to explain some potential problems and recommend solutions. In the end I was very satisfied and felt that I received my money's worth!! more

Would highly recommend ARS for any service on your systems.They showed up when they said they would. Edward N. diagnosed the problem and gave me three different options and did the repairs and stayed around to make sure the system performed properly. more

Excellent service 8/5/2015

Marshall at ARS went beyond the normal ARS service. He informed me of a service that ARS provides that I was unaware of. He told me they clean dryer vents which I desperately needed. I didn't even know where to look for this kind of service. He took care of it immediately. The price was very reasonable as well. I have used ARS for over 10 years and have always been pleased but Marshall went beyond even their normal service. I will definitely ask for him by name for my next service. more
