Good, quick service..... but it looks like you should intend to spend, at least, 200-250 on ANY call ! Washing machine pipe was clogged and $275 to clear it for one hours worth of...

Restoration of Air Conditioning Service 9/13/2016

Arlan arrived promptly and restored the service in minutes. I was surprised that I was asked to make my check payable to Home Depot? Being a retired bank commercial loan officer, I just assumed that this was due to the assignment of A/R under a line of credit, so I complied. more

Water Heater Repair 8/12/2016

Arrived within the stated range of time for the appointment and called prior to their arrival. Very professional appearance and communicated problem and cost prior to completion. Rates were reasonable and work performed in a timely and professional manner. All questions were answered and demeanor of technician was very friendly. Will use them again and would recommend them to family and friends more

Service at it's BEST 8/1/2016

Had a problem with my AC on Sunday, temperature was 100 degrees. Service technician came out to repair on Sunday. very difficult job but never complained. Customer service representative was also very pleasant to talk with.. Great company, more

Robert was terrific...he was here almost two hours or maybe more....efficient and knew exactly what he was doing with the A/C problem I had....easy to work with the whole time and fixed the problem under difficult circumstances (heat, under the condo floor to acquire the A/C air handler)....tested the air temp when he was done and it was done at a fair price....I love this company for repair issues...came the same day I called which is extrodinary with heat issues all over the Strand... more
