The service and the cleaning were good, but I was not given an estimate when I called (and I didn't ask...my bad) and was stunned at the cost to upholstery clean a couch, loveseat and chaise lounge. Without the additional treatments (at almost $100 each) the bill was $310. Is it just me, or does this seem outrageous for approximately 40 minutes and 3 pieces of furniture? Sorry, won't use again, and can't recommend.

We always go over pricing on cleaning services before we start the job...there are no hidden charges. In this event the sofa and luv seat required dry cleaning which unfortunately, is quite expensive due to all the dry cleaner used. A-1 Chem-Dry is one of the few companies in the valley that even offers Dry cleaning due to the risk of cleaning fine linens like wool and cotton and the training required. Our computer log shows our technician left his prior job at 9:22 and drove directly to the job site which he left at 11:26 am. This is considerably longer than 40 minutes on the job.
