We were very satisfied with our carpet cleaning experience. Your office person was very accommodating in getting us scheduled the same day we called. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. more

Water leak from washer involving carpet and tile. 7/4/2010

I called A-1 Chem dry and requested Mario as he has done our carpets several time before. He came over and evaluated the situation. He got us fans to dry up the carpets padding as we had already used a wet vac the day befor. He sprayed antimicrobials to prevent mold. When the carpets were dry he came back and cleaned the carpet and sanitized again. He was always on time, polite and explained every step of the way what needed to be done and why. The carpet ordor was gone and our carpets were dry in about two hours. We intend to continue using their services. more

Very pleased with cleaning 7/1/2010

The carpet cleaner himself was courteous, swift and did a wonderful job. I especially liked the thank you note that followed which appeared to be from a child. Nice touch. more
