David provided the BEST customer services ever, he was very knowledgeable with his products and the process of "how to clean carpet with best chemicals" I was amazed on his professionalism and well-groomed appearance. I first intended to do living room, hallway, bedroom and rug, by the time we were done, I had done the entire house adding two more bedrooms and an additional rug. I was so pleased with the out-come it was worth every penny!!! Thanks A-1 Chem-Dry for hiring GREAT service men!!!!! more

Best cleaning I haver ever had 12/16/2010

This was the best cleaning job that I have ever had done. He got out a red stain that no one else could. I will never use anyone else. more

We have used A1 Chem Dry Boise for almost five years, ever since the moving company recommended them. Always prompt, courteous, great job, clean carpets!! The office staff is nice, the cleaners are professional and courteous, and I have nothing but good things to say about A1. more

Matt did a great job on a carpet that had not been cleaned for way too long. He was very thorough also on the cleaning of our sofa, chairs and love-seat. We are very pleased with the service. more

I've had some spots on my carpets that other carpet cleaning companies have not been able to remove, and they actually came out with Chem Dry. Also, the associate who cleaned my carpet was fabulous. more

I have used A1 Chem Dry for the last two cleanings and I am very satisfied with their work. There service men are wonderful. I have one company come in prior to A-1 the service man was a flat rude so having a friendly and caring service man is verimportant along with the product being top of the line. more
