Very new upscale place working 7 days a week from 7 am to very late at night. Somebody stays at night!Covered patio has good ventilation means less illnesses.They take in all kind...

Worst

If you need to board your pet and you want them to be safe and healthy while you are gone, don't think about A Pet Villa twice. Don't think about this place at all!!! They are BAD...

We have used A Pet Villa numerous times when traveling out of town, they are great. We only use them for long term needs, not daycare, and they always remember who we are and our dogs names.\r We made a reservation for one of our dogs for a two week stay while we were out of state on vacation. We were to drop him on a Saturday as we drove away. What we didn't realize is that they close earlier on weekends and arrived after they closed. Initially the man who stays there said he can't take him after hours, but one of the other employees who happened to be sitting in her car saw what was going on and agreed to take him. She didn't have to do that and we truly appreciate the fact she went above and beyond to accommodate us. THANK YOU!!!!\r From what I witness each time we are there, the place is clean and the staff are very helpful. We always request a bath which has always been done and ready when we pick up our dogs. Our dogs always seem happy when we pick them up and always are excited when we drop them off. more

Office Manager really is good with dogs: I have left my dog at JeNeill and the OFFICE Manager is just SO great with my dog. My dog runs into the kennel and is happy to see everybody and gives wags and kisses to the staff. When I have picked my dog up in the past, it was always happy and in great shape. Thanks JeNeill for the great work. more

This facility is great and i will be going back!!! i, last minute needed a dog sitter so that my family could take off to san francisco for the day. my regular dog sitter was out of town and she recommended this place. shes a vet for a living and dog sits on the side so i trust her. i called A Pet Villa. They emaied me 2 documents i needed before dropping him off the next day. next day came, i dropped my 5 year old beagle off with the paperwork, chatted with the guys at the front desk about the business a bit to get a feel for the place. King, my beagle jumped right up on one of the guys in his lap. I could tell king liked the place and the guys were super happy to see king. i even got king groomed same day. i had king there from 8 a.m. til 4 p.m. and was charged $30.00 for the whole package!! grooming and sitting!! you can not beat that!! and can i just say, omg....king has never looked better. i strongly recommend this place to anyone. infact i gave my neighbor, who just got a dog, a pet villa's card! we will be back! more

I can't believe I haven't written a review for them yet. Chase and Smokie (9yr old, 7yr old) are a long time residence here. We have been using their services for almost 8yrs. We have never had a major problem. Mainly we use their boarding services for 3-14 consecutive days at a time. This is a place where they can run around free and be dogs. more

My terrier had been staying at A PET VILLA on numerous occasions. I like the fact that after her boarding stay, she can get groomed. Every time I come to pick her up, she looks so good and smells so clean. Last time, I requested a shave down with some hair left around the legs and belly. I stood with my mouth open wide last time I came to pick her up. Her head and beard looked the best ever. She looked beautiful. Although it was trimmed it looked very natural. I was impressed. I know I got a discount for having the groom during the boarding stay..but it was clear that a lot of time and attention was paid so that she could look her best. A Pet Villa is really a place that cares about the dogs staying with them. This is obvious every time I pick up my happy dog. more

They have a great new facility with those really nice Mason pet kennels. They are located off of 101 near Montague Expressway, it is really convenient and close to the airport. Facility looks clean and well kept. more

New very nice upscale building. Very nice staff. They have almost everything you might want for you pet: day care, boarding, grooming.\r When you go to your VET and he/she asks you about your plans to take your pets to Grooming/Boarding you have to make a choice about Kennel Cough Vaccination for your pet! This Kennel has a very good air circulation means less infections! more

I would recommend that any dogs staying there be scheduled for a bath before pick up because they do get stinky playing with the other dogs. more

Very nice grooming room with windows so you can see dogs have been groomed. A new groomer did a very good job on my dogs.\r And they use very good shampoos: ESPREE not a cheep ones! more

All in all A Pet Villa is our go-to boarding for our fur-baby and has been for 4+ years now. The staff if generally the same people every time we go there and they are very accommodating with flight delays or other changes that impact our pick-up/drop off time. more
