Review content:
We have used A Pet Villa numerous times when traveling out of town, they are great. We only use them for long term needs, not daycare, and they always remember who we are and our dogs names.\r
We made a reservation for one of our dogs for a two week stay while we were out of state on vacation. We were to drop him on a Saturday as we drove away. What we didn't realize is that they close earlier on weekends and arrived after they closed. Initially the man who stays there said he can't take him after hours, but one of the other employees who happened to be sitting in her car saw what was going on and agreed to take him. She didn't have to do that and we truly appreciate the fact she went above and beyond to accommodate us. THANK YOU!!!!\r
From what I witness each time we are there, the place is clean and the staff are very helpful. We always request a bath which has always been done and ready when we pick up our dogs. Our dogs always seem happy when we pick them up and always are excited when we drop them off.
