A Pet Villa came through for us over the holiday season when our initial arrangement for our dog fell through. The place is clean and the folks running it were pretty straightforward types. They seemed very fond of the animals in their care and even asked me whether I'd mind if the owner gave my pooch an extra cookie as he said good night on the way to bed. more

We take our two boxers(Sami and Lani) to pet villa almost everyday during the week,as my wife and I work long hours. They love it there, and we can,t speak highly enough about how they are treated. more

Just picked up Newman, our Welsh Terrier, from a 9 day stay at Pet Villa. Impressive, clean, friendly personel who are obviously Dog people. I will use them again and absolutely recommend their services, grooming included (Groomer did a great job!) more

Does the trick: Great access off 101 made this the obvious choice for us. Pleasant staff, reasonable prices and a great location means that we'll be boarding our dogs here again. more

I have taken my small dog and my bosses large dog to A Pet Villa many times in the last few years and I have always had an A+ experience! The staff is helpful, kind and accommodating. They offer advice and have even expressed concern (which I greatly appreciate). I would recommend them for boarding or grooming!! more

My dog loves coming here. She is typically skittish but when we pull into the parking lot she sits up and whimpers. Great dog people, clearly love animals and put their welfare first. more

A wonderful place for your pet. My dog stayed there overnight and when we picked him up he was happy and clean! It was obvious that they gave him great care and I would not hesitate to bring him back the next time we are out of town. The icing on the cake is that you can't beat their prices for the care that is given. Thank you Pet Villa for taking great care of my dog. We'll be back again very soon. more

Pet Villa is a great boarding business for animals. Great reasonable price and has great opportunities for buying a puppy (German Shepard). These puppies are show dog material. I hope you choose this business. I have bought dogs from this business and they turned out to be my favorite dogs I would defiantly get my dog from here if I was looking for a German Shepard. more

I brought my dog in not to long ago to get groomed and I must say the new groomer that replaced Ashley(a girl that should not even call herself a groomer considering she does not know how to groom or what she is doing) is also named Ashley but the results of the groom were completely different Ashley knew what she was doing. She was so professional about the questions she had asked me. Like how much I wanted left on my dog, if i wanted a top knot left on the head, and if I wanted to ears to be trimmed, shaved, or be done mid-way. It was beautiful how my baby came out in the end, and i can tell he felt the same. I wanted to post my thoughts about A Pet Villa and also make a note that the new girl Ashley that is there now did a fantastic job. i thank her for doing such a great job and for taking care of my baby. more

A Pet Villa is A Pet's Place: Two weeks ago I decided to try their new facility. I did not know what to expect. When I went inside I was greeted with professional staff. When I went home, my dog left happy and fullfilled. more

The staff at this facility are very accomodating. My dog is ""dog aggressive"" and it's difficult to find a nice place for her to stay. I have never had any problems taking her here. The people who work here really love dogs. My dog has never acted aggressive during any of her stays here and I have been asked by the staff if she really was dog aggressive. more

I would pay any price: Even though A Pet Villa has competitive rates for boarding and grooming, I would pay any price for their services. My dogs feel so much at home there, it is like keeping them with a pet sitter, but more affordable and convenient. The people there are really dog friendly. I give them 5 stars! more

Wonderful grooming service 9/9/2011

We take our 3 dogs here every few weeks to get groomed. Although they have day care available we have never tried it. My sister tried the boarding when she went to England but her dog missed her so much he quit eating until one of the girls took him home and seemed to work pretty well although he was a little thinner when she got back. They really do the best to make your pet as comfortable as they can be while you are away. more

If you need to board your pet and you want them to be safe and healthy while you are gone, don't think about A Pet Villa twice. Don't think about this place at all!!! They are BAD NEWS!! DO NOT be fooled by their nice looking lobby. "Nice" ends right there. I give them 1 star just because I got my dog back in one piece. I'll try to be brief. I boarded my dog there for a few days. I got her back very dirty, smelly with S...T between her toes, and with the worst case of unstoppable bl...y very very very liquid stool with bl..d in it. She was also throwing up bl..d. The dog was suffering a great deal, and it was very painful to watch her. Let me just say that the vet's bill was LARGE. I called "Villa's" front desk to just let them know what was happening. Later this day I received a call from the owner of this "Villa". I was expecting the usual thing that happens in such cases - her apology, or something like that. Was I wrong!! This "lady" yelled at me non-stop from the very beginning to the end of our "conversation" (or should I say HER MONOLOGUE), called me names that I wouldn't want to repeat here, called my dog "stupid and way too hyper". I honestly could not believe just what was coming out of her mouth. She would not let me say a word. When I finally managed to cut in and say that the "Villa" needs to go through additional inspection by Dept. of Health, she actually told me that the woman who performs the inspections is a good friend of hers and will pass her no matter what. She also advised me to "back off because she KNOWS THE RIGHT PEOPLE". She was also not too intelligent to admit that the "Villa" "sometimes accepts pets that don't have all the necessary shots" (like Parvovirus, for example). What they may or may not tell you, that all the dogs there play together and share the toys provided by "Villa"... Long story shorter, I could not take her non-stop yelling and insulting me and my dog any longer, so I thanked her for calling me (even though, I'm not sure exactly why she had to make this call) and hung up. I felt like I just talked to one of the guests on the Jerry Springer show and now I need a shower. This place has neither compassion nor sympathy for a sick pet. NOBODY there even thought about saying "sorry your dog is so sick". And the owner is a very angry woman, who has no idea about communicating with a customer, or at least to have some control over herself and what she is saying. more

An ok place 3/9/2009

My dog weight 90 lbs, big and tall. He spent a day in there day care, he came home unbearably stinky. We didn't see feces on him, but he was wet and smelled urine all over. I think this can't be explained as "the breed is too low to the ground making it easier for him to get dirty". He seems very eager to get out of the place, while I was talking the people at the front, check how he was doing during the day, he looked very anxious and kept drugging me toward the exit. Except being dirty and anxious, he seems physically fine. I didn't find any wound on him, or any strange body movement indicate sprained ankle or something. So it is still on my resouce list, but definitely in the near the bottom. more
