Scott and Tony are absolutely fabulous. We will never use anybody else. I've sent several friends there and everyone has been extremely happy with their product. These guys are people you can trust! Unfortunately, they aren't typically open on the weekends, but they are extremely flexible. Parking is a little tricky in that area as well. Good thing the customer service is phenomenal! more

We were recommended to these jewelers by a friend because we wanted to design our own engagement ring. We had a limited budget but a specific idea of what we wanted. Tony and Scott took the time to work with us and gave us EXACTLY what we wanted! When we went back to pick out our wedding bands, they also let me pick out a necklace to borrow for the wedding! They made me feel like a movie star! Definitely call them first and tell them about yourself and what you are looking for when you make an appointment, as they aren't a street-level browsing shop. Some people may be put off by their location, being on the corner of Michigan and Oak, but they will work within everybody's budget and they will NOT skimp on the awesome customer service! Pros: best customer service ever! Cons: parking situation is not ideal, but definitely workable more
