Services was OK, But almost a month before you could check out the system and didn't even address the problem I had requested service. Very unhappy

I feel confident we are being taken care of with high quality service. David was also very considerate wearing protective shoe coverings every time he entered the house. Thank you David! more

Great problem solver 8/7/2017

He came out for my 1 wk check-up. My system was groaning and whining. I wasn't there when they put it in, so don't know when it started doing that. He knew exactly what to do and spent over an hr getting it in shape. Now it's nearly silent. Thank you more

Service review 8/2/2017

I had to call A+Derr to have someone come out and clean out a drain pipe on my indside unit. Just a week or so earlier I had that unit serviced as part of my maintanance agreement. I would have thought that when the unit was serviced that the serviceman would have checked the drain pipes. The second serviceman charged me for a "call out" on cleaning out the drain. I did purchase two filters from him and he was very nice. I just feel that the "call out charge should have not been charged. Mike Hert more

EXCELLENT SERVICE 7/31/2017

Kevin serviced our a/c unit today and did a very professional job. He was courteous, wore boot covers every time he was in the house, and did a very thorough job. Judy also called ahead to advise that Kevin was on his way, and I very much appreciated the heads up! She was very friendly as well. more

Superior service! 7/23/2017

Great company and excellent customer service! Had to call on sat 7/22 due to my ac unit leaking water in attic. Called and spoke to Judy who was so great and helpful. They were so busy with calls due to the extreme heat but since I have 3 small children she made it happen and a tech was at my house in an hour! That's service for you!! The tech Craig was very nice and stayed in that hot attic till he found the issue. We had used A+ derr before a few years back but hadn't used them at our new house yet but I can tell you the are the best in the Tri State. Keep up the excellent work Matt C more

Did a great job. I got a text and email reminder of my appointment the day before. I got a call and text about 30 min before he arrived. The text provided a picture of the tech. The tech was great and attentive. Would recommend! more

Great Service 7/10/2017

I received a text message 15 minutes prior to Scott's arrival notifying me that he was on the way. The text message included a brief bio and photo so I knew who to expect. Scott was professional and informative while he checked the heating and air systems. He took the time to ask me questions about how the system was running and to answer the questions I had. This was all part of a biannual maintenance package we had purchased with the installation of our system. It was extremely reasonable priced and a great value. I highly recommend Scott and A+ Derr to anyone looking to get a new system or needs help with their current one. more
