Services was OK, But almost a month before you could check out the system and didn't even address the problem I had requested service. Very unhappy

Serviceman Review 1/9/2018

Scott was very professional. He called to let us know he was on the way and arrived about 10 min. later. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. We will be sure to call A+ Derr Heating & Cooling with any other problems in the future. more

ARCTIC BLAST TAKES OUT FURNACE 1/5/2018

During one of the coldest days of December, our furnace starting acting up. We called Derr and they had a technician to our home within a few hours. I received a text message introducing Danny prior to his arrival. Danny was professional, courteous, and very helpful in explaining what was wrong with our furnace, what our options were for replacing it, and how the replacement process worked. Highly recommend calling Derr if you are having heating/ac issues. more

As always great service and repair from A+ Derr. They installed our heating and air when our house was built 6 years ago and have done a great job maintaining our system. We have extra filters and built-in humidifier due to multiple environmental allergies and this is worth every penny! Thank you, David A for your thorough job today. more

Leaking roof vent 11/8/2017

Craig arrived around 7:50am. We went into attic area and I showed him the leaking vent stack through roof. He caulked inside the roof in attic and then we ran water over roof area & located the leak from the outside vent. Craig then caulked around the outside vent and roof area. He fixed the leaking area on the roof vent. Craig is courteous and thorough. Advised to call A+Derr if we experience any further issues w/the roof vent. Thanks for the prompt service call & repair. First time I did work with this company. Surprised by the nice cell phone text and picture of technician coming to my home. Great for security and sound of mine. He was very professional and friendly. Also answered all of my questions. I have used other AC companies before for my winter and summer tune ups. He did a great job and would definitely recommend to others. Also you can't beat the price if you prepay for Fall and Spring. more

HVAC installation 10/24/2017

The technicians that came to change our furnace and air conditioner were: prompt, courteous, and efficient. They installed the new equipment, removed the old equipment, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them and their company. more
