Very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism provided by the technicians from A+ Derr. Our heat was out and while we suspected the furnace was dead, we were hopeful is could be fixed. Unfortunately, the furnace was beyond repair. However, the technician did an excellent job of matching us with a furnace of appropriate size for our home and explained all the costs in detail, ensuring we understood exactly what we were purchasing. I would refer anyone with heating or a/c issues to A+ Derr Heating and Cooling.
