Services was OK, But almost a month before you could check out the system and didn't even address the problem I had requested service. Very unhappy

Eric and Ian 3/20/2017

Had a new heat pump installed today after 16 year old version gave up. Eric and Ian with some help did an excellent job removing the old and replacing it with new one. Also got a digital thermostat with wifi and am anxious for weather to get warmer or colder so we can actually use the new unit. Very good on clean up after install also. more

Considerate and professional service 2/23/2017

I generally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because the service I received was exemplary. Other companies should take heed of how A+ Derr conducts business. Scott performed a comprehensive service of our HVAC system. He was polite and professional. He treated the service with genuine concern. He adjusted the furnace to operate more efficiently and fixed some minor venting issues. His attention to detail and commitment to doing his job well were overwhelmingly evident. Well done, Scott. A+ Derr was recommended to me 2 years ago. We started right away with their annual maintenance plan and have been very impressed and satisfied! Every employee has been very knowledgeable and friendly and always provides the best service. They do not overcharge, and they do help us keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them! more
