Fast & Efficiant 5/12/2010

Our Garage door stopped working the day before Christmas, what a pain. Using the web I identified the Garage Door Guys as the best around, and were they right. I talked to Ben on Monday after Christmas, he talked me through diagnosing the problem and then how to fix it. Even though I am not very handy I was able to do what he said and now the door works. Ben never charged for any of his time or advice. He is the best!! more

We had a garage door emergency and called them up upon reading the reviews. He was able to show up the next day. The tech was on time (a little bit early) and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. Price was great as well. more

What's not to love?  I called them yesterday at 1.  Lucky for me, he was just finishing a job in our neighborhood.  He stopped by about 20 minutes later, figured out what was wrong and got the door to shut securely for the night.  He was back today with parts for the opener, finished the job by noon, and charged a really reasonable price.   AND, he was very polite in not criticizing the DIY job my husband had done which caused most of the problem! Fast, friendly, and competent.  The guys were here within 15 minutes of my call, and did a great job repairing my garage door. more
