Review content:
Don’t let the name be a misnomer: more than food, this “café” is a bar affectionately called “the Squirrel Cage” by all who go there. Though they do serve food, I’d recommend getting a drink instead (unless you’re up for typical bar far like French fries and hamburgers). No particularly great selection of beers on tap or in bottles, but as it’s one of the only bars in Squirrel Hill, it’s almost always full of customers. Good place to go for a drink with friends. Nice lighting, poor furnishing. Overall, a fun bar with interesting people and many graduate students.
