I should note that Nouveau has two locations; the other one is on Charles Street. This is a great litle funiture store and all of the items are scaled for small spaces, which are abundant in the city of Baltimore. In addition to furniture, Nouveau also carries a quirky selection of home accessories and gifts with a great campy attitude. I bought a chair from this store when I first moved here. I always get compliments on it and I am very satisfied with the purchase. What's even more incredible is that the store owner remembers every customer and he is always super friendly whenever I come in, even through I did not spend a ton of money. The store has a great sense of style and there are frequent sales and markdowns. I would definitely recommend the store to anyone looking to give a little "queer eye" to their cribs.
