If you don't want to be covered in "car vultures" Volkswagen is the place to shop. You are treated like an actual customer and will be sure to find the car that fits your lifestyle and price range. I am a Beetle lover myself, but I am sure there is a VW car for everyone! This particular VW dealership is extremely friendly. They will answer any questions you have, and will not pressure you at all. If you are just looking, you will not be hovered upon or pressured to make quick and hasty decisions. VW wants you to be happy with your car purchase and really knows how to deal with their customers. I tell everyone to buy their cars because they have great warranties and a great Certified Used Car program as well.

Goodson Acura in Irving is a great place to buy a car. My husband and I looked at several other Acura dealerships in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. We new what we wanted but only Goodson Acura was willing to make the deal we wanted. They had knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. The service center is great. They have always been very accommodating when we have had to have the car worked on. And that was only for a minor recall and normal maintenance on the car. I Love My Acura and would go back to buy another from Goodson Acura.

I've had great experiences with this dealership. They are very professional, work hard for you, great salespeople. I bought an suv there and a compact car. Now I'm looking there again. The prices were good on both vehicles. I had one minor issue with the suv and they fixed it immediately, no problem. I highly recommend this place!
Pros: Very nice salespeople and good customer service
Cons: None that I know of. Just top notch place.

When I was going to get a car, I went by myself and really never thought that salesmen could be so belittling to women. I was so upset before I went to Westway ford. I went there and even called my husband to meet me there. I got there by myself and the salesperson started talking to me and asking me what I wanted..I wasn't sure..he said "well let's just take one that you like for a spin" When I was done I had completely fallen in love with the car--the Mustang..the salesman didn't pressure me..he just asked me if I wanted to look at anything else and I said I wasn't sure...he said "ok, if you want to look around by yourself that's fine or if you want me to show you some more cars that's fine too" I was so impressed...I ended up buying the mustang..and I know that with my next car, I'll seriously consider a ford and only from Westway ford

Toyota of Irving is a decent dealership. They do have a high salesman turnover, but that is to be expected I suppose. The inventory is better than average and the finance department will really try to work with you. There are some pressure tactics and I would definitely not attempt to shop there without a friend though. The service department is priced higher than other Toyota dealerships, but they will honor the other dealers coupon prices. Overall, if you need a Toyota in the Irving area, not a bad place to start.
