My wife always laughs every time we go to Bentara because I always end up sweating like Kid Rock over the trig final The spice always gets me when I order the noodle bowls.
The noodle bowl comes w/ a choice of beef, shrimp or chicken. And either Udon or other noodle choices. It's really a meal in and of itself.
It's also probably the best value on the menu starting around 12 bucks.
Bentara also has a nice bar in front and back if you just want cocktails. It's a very nice atmosphere and great for small and large parties.
It's also something different in a town with no shortage of Italian restaurants.
