Review content:
I like this office. The dentists are nice and the assistants are nice and they are understanding of people hwo don't *like* going to the dentist. My big problem is that they always seem to be biling me out of money. They try to see you services and products that you don't really need (like sealants and expensive toothbrushes and braces. Worst of all, you can't bidget there. Everytime I went (and I went 3 or 4 times) I asked their financial person UP FRONT what costs were going to be involved with my visit and what was covered by my insurance. Sure enough, at EVERY visit (even just a basic cleaning) I was charged more than they had told me to expect up front, and they always claimed that they were 'surprised' that my insurance didn't cover it or that they 'hadn't anticipated' that extra treatment. Frankly, I got sick of big bills coming up and left them.
