I have eaten and cut many wedding and groom's cakes. I have to say the cakes she made for my daughter and brother-in-law were the best I have had since my own wedding.
Sarah had found a picture and Kathy designed the cake exactly as she requested. The wedding cake was two flavors--strawberry and lemon chiffon with cream cheese filling--perfect for a spring wedding.
The groom wanted his cake to look like a stack of law books topped by an Aggieland yearbook. It was so realistic several guests thought it really was a stack of his law books and yearbook. The chocolate fudge cake with ganache was sinfully delicious.
Would I use her for my next event? Definitely!
Pros: Cakes are beautiful, moist, and delicious.
Cons: None!!!
