Good: minimal wait time, speedy check in and check out service, polite staff, waiting room area is designed for healthy and sick children to minimize the spread of illness. Improvements: Nurse call back service - I have personally left a message and never got a call back form the nurse. Other: Dr. Whittenburg is truly a doctor with a heart for children. Medicine is more than insurance claims and thousands of patients. He takes time with our child and asks questions pertinent to his/her reason for visit. he is personable and talks to parents with "real world" words. He uses practical methods and often times shares other options! Dr. Whitt makes taking children to the pediatrician a pleasure..
