We bought our 2nd Mazda last summer and have had problems with it ever since and the dealer. Since it was still under warranty, we had to take it back to the dealer for repairs. Since the dealer is right up the street from my work - that is a plus. But, the service is not so great. The service writer I had to deal with, Kenneth, was not very cooperative in wanting to do the warranty work - kept trying to tell me the problems were not warranty issues when I know for a fact they were because I had service bulletins regarding the problems. They also tried to sell me a transmission service package that I did not authorize since I was told the transmission did not need to be serviced 2 days before. They did make it right by doing the service for free. The only plus items for this dealer is that they are close to my work and usually get the car out the same day. I don't think we will be buying another Mazda anytime in the future.
