They provide so many services with such friendly, helpful service. They are an authorized FedEx shipper and they have many diffrent size boxes and can pack and ship also. I had to have some loan docs notarized and their notary is always on site so we called and they said no appt. neccesary. We had the papers notarized and left the documents with them for FedEx pickup. They take Fedex drop offs with no cost. I went to another store that wanted a dollar for me to drop off a FedEx! This was a great find and parking was easy in their parking lot.

I always use the DLS Clean-X-Press Dry Cleaners probably since they are so close to where I live but also because I have always gotten good service from them. My dry cleaning have always been completed on time and they even do rush jobs without any extra charge. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Parking is diffiicult to find sometimes though.

Good Guys are the good guys. They have been at Serramonte for a long long time. Now, just recently I found out that the store is closing. They have been bought out and will become CompUSA. I'm going to miss this store because they not only had a great personal staff to cater to your needs but the always have your item in stock. Hope CompUSA can be just as good.

On each holiday or special occasion such as Halloween or Chrismas, the store sets aside a special section of items related to that holiday. Prices are reasonable.

They are a great store to me because they seem to always have something on sale or a special discount. Very accessible from BART and is located in a small shopping area next to Hollywood Video.

I have been in this Kohl's store 2 times and both times I was not impressed. They do have an okay selection of home appliances that are a bit cheaper than other places. But their clothes. Yikes!! The styles are so old, yet the clothing is so pricy. And some things that are on sale are like only one dollar off... not much of a sale. If this place is trying to copy K mart for its low prices, they have some work to do.
