This store is fabulous. Literally the best I've ever gone to. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to your needs. I'm only 23 and oftentimes when I go into a jewelry store, the staff will ignore me or talk condescendingly towards me - I imagine they assume I'm there to just waste their time.... but NOT King Jewelers!! I was there with my mom to pick out something as my college graduation present and from the minute we walked in, the service was impeccable. The associate that worked with us was very knowledgable and had a great sense of humor. He was patient with me as I am very indecisive and allowed me to even walk across the store while wearing a beautiful diamond ring. They even allowed me to go OUTSIDE the store...out into the PARKING LOT so that I could compare 2 rings in the outside, natural lightto help me better decide between the 2. Now I have NEVER heard of a store doing that before!!! (of course there were 3 of their staff members outside with me, but still!! Incredible service!!) And the customer service hasn't stopped there!! I even got a HANDWRITTEN thank you note from their store as a followup! I'll never go anywhere else!
