I had been taking my two dogs and cat to Dr. G. It took multiple visits to convince me that it was not just an aberration. It was convenient to use Maple Lane, but my pets mean too much to me and my family, to forgo needed medical care for convenience sake. Maple Lane is certainly not an inexpensive veterinary resource, and so, highlights, the level of service and degree of professionalism that you should expect from them, is sorely lacking. I too, am drawn to believe that their heart's just not in it. The old adage may be true, "the more money you have, the more money you want".
I noticed that the five-star rating that was given has the heading "Misdiagnosis/wrong medication". I wonder if Vickey C. might be confused as to how the rating system works? Or, maybe I am!
