Good: The steakburger was very hot and fresh!. Bad: Saying this burger was greasy is an understatement...between 2 burgers my husband and I could squeeze enough grease out it fill the fry container 1/4 or so full..no joke! And the service is HORRIBLE!!!! We waited at the counter and nobody came to take our order...a few minutes later a girl on her cell phone came up to take our order rolling her eyes like we were bothering her! Two other families came in while we were eating and the same thing happened to them...think I know why they're never busy!. Improvements: Customer service...more combo choices...also the decor looked like plywood straight out of shop class...I like how it's open but get some freakin' color and make your place inviting!. Other: 1/2 price combo sign is what brought us in but we won't be back...taste like Steak'n'Shake but it would more expensive at regular price. Also, fry portion was skimpy and way too salty!.
