Businiess name:  The Grand America Hotel
Review by:  Helaman E.
Review content:
I stayed at this hotel for a few weeks during the 2002 Olympics and loved it. The entrance way is palatial and each room is decorated to the hilt to the point that it can get almost gaudy, but not too much. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious and the staff is amazingly helpful and courteous, tending to your every need. The breakfast/bar area inside the hotel is enjoyable as well. The concierge is there around the clock to answer any questions and even the owner of the hotel likes to walk around and talk to the guests.
