Had to chime in and give my 2 cents with regard to the great boutique. I've reveiwed this store before and recieved an update and was shocked. I am a fan of patroning family run businesses, and these woman deserve a lot of credit working in of all things, bridal retail. This store is a gem of a find and has assisted me with a number of occasions, including my own wedding. I continue to see Kasia's store for evening gowns for all of the family Aserian weddings I attend, and K&K for my alterations. Jess, I believe your allegations are quite serious and should really be taken up with Kasia's Bridal and/or K&K. Knowing the owners I am convinced that they would address the matter if you talked to them directly and not like a coward on a public site. If you pay for something and aren't happy, you have the right to let them know, as they have a right to know as well, NO they SHOULD know. As for Clair, your story is quite remarkable. I have to ask, what does one have to do to booted out of a bridal salon?! I don't want to even imagine what kind of "zilla's" you all must have been...I believe there's more to your story than you're letting on. There are always two sides to EVERY story. All in all, ladies, bridal planning can be stressful, so take a breather and relax. Then call Kasia's Bridal for an appointment because they really know quality and style, as well as how to make a client feel like family - comfortable and at ease. After all, any even can be a special event and you deserve the best. (Sorry if I sound redundant, I just really love the service, quality and prices this store offeres. They are really one of the best to me.)
