We have been with this practice since my daughter was born (6 1/2 years). Although I love the main doctors (Dr. Ben, Dr. Epple, and Dr. Bernan) the rest seem to come and go and are never as thorough or nice. They have repeatedly billed us for things that the insurance should have covered and at one point (after numerous phone calls to ask that they bill the insurance) we were told we could not be seen for failure to pay our outstanding bill. After much embarassment and a lot of arguing, we were seen and the next day received a phone call that the billing was in error had been cleared. Just today I waited over 45 min. for an appointment and walked out very upset and angry - AND my child did not see the doctor. I've had it with this group!! If it had not been for the great old timers I would have left long ago. The office is dirty (both locations) and I'm tired of being treated unfairly.
