Review content:
This apartment community has apparently changed owners and names recently from the time I used to live there. The name is now 'Avalon at River Oaks,' not 'Fountains.' The appearance is approximately the same, it still looks quite lavish, as it is one of the more expensive and renovated apartments in the area. I believe rent is now somewhere around $1300 for a one bedroom. The grounds are pleasing to the eye, there's lots of green foilage and bright flowers everywhere. There are some useful facilities for residents: a clubhouse, gym, pool, etc. It is a safe and pleasant place to live.
