Review content:
We thought we would save money on parking and have a cab pick us up from home and take us to the airport, so we called Orange Cab. We called more than 3 hours ahead of time, and were told without a doubt that a cab would arrive at the appointed time. After the cab was 20 minutes late, we finally called dispatch and got a very rude answer that there were "no guarantees" when a cab could come, and we simply didn't give enough lead time. Thanks to Orange Cab, we had no option other than racing to the airport and paying the inflated parking fees there. In my opinion, the service was pathetic, and no apology was offered; instead, we were treated with rudeness and attitude. I will never call them again.
