Hickory fare bar-b-que has really moist lean beef. We usually order the family pack-lean and love the flavor. The sauce and sides are also very good. The kids enjoy coming here for lunch after a visit to the zoo which is just down the street. The prices are very reasonable. If you like great bar-b-que this is the restaurant to try!
