I just spoke with a friend of mine who lives in Portchester but works in the city. She said that the best place she would recommend for Margartitas is called, Cilantro. She said it's Mexican/Southwestern style food. She says the food isn't the best, but the margaritas are the best she has ever had except in Chicago where she is from. She says that the atomosphere is nice and the wait staff are very friendly.
