Businiess name:  Es Tas
Review by:  Liz S.
Review content:
A little over a year ago, a guy opened a new taco shop in campustown. Though inexperienced in restauranting, this guy makes a great taco. The fried shells and savory ingredients are to die for. However, you will wait for them. Recently, taco-creation pace seems to have slowed down, and it often takes nearly an hour to get a few. Though more shifted toward the college bar crowd, Es Tas is a quite quaint and pleasant place to dine in the afternoon. Their selections are mostly rather good, but it seems they still haven't mastered the art of making salsa.
